Part-Time Hero

When you first find one of the guys you're looking for take note of where you fought them. You can use taxis to respawn mobs, just open the dialogue and close it. Mob spawn points appear to be fixed but different enemy compositions may spawn.

Snippers: Go to the north-most part of Isezaki Road and then head west. There's a taxi there and an enemy spawn point west of the cab. Just keep re-using the cap and checking the mobs. The snipper mob group are the hair stylists after transformed.

Conman: Same trick. Check the mobs right of the Love Magic weapon store.

Underground Dungeon

You have to restart at the first floor every time.

you should consider giving Ichiban the Foreman job. Not only does this give him some very heavy attacks, but also lets him use the Demolition ability. This is an overworld action that allows Ichiban to destroy certain barriers using his hammer.

Crafting

You can buy almost every upgrade part you'll need from the hero's shop in the top right corner of the main city map.
